Lemonade Day is a free, fun youth entrepreneurship program where we teach kids how to start and operate their own business - a lemonade stand!

Your Child has Graduated from Lemonade University.
When your child attended Lemonade University training in their classroom they were awarded a Lemmy U Diploma. This Diploma means that your child is now eligible to participate in the Lemonade Day Event on June 14, 2025!

What's Next?
Step 1:
Click the button below and register your child to participate in Lemonade Day on June 14, 2025.
Once your child has registered you will be contacted via email, by the Community Futures staff member that facilitates the program in your area. They will pass on any information you may need and they will also be available to answer any questions you have along the way.
Step 2:
Your child will work through the My Lemonade Day App or Lemonade Day workbook they were given.
This resource will act as a business plan to guide them through creating their Lemonade Stand Business. It will address things like choosing a business partner, selecting a local business location for their stand, designing their stand, developing their Lemonade recipe, practicing food safety, advertising, creating a budget and so much more!
Step 3:
Your child will build their Lemonade Stand, perfect their lemonade recipe, find a local business to pair with for a high traffic location for their stand and put all their Lemonade University lessons to work.
One of the most unique and wonderful things about joining Lemonade Day is that kids get the opportunity to partner with local businesses in their participating Lemonade Day town and "rent" a business location for their Lemonade Stand. This means they will get to setup their stand in a busy part of town where they will be able to attract lots of customers to their business.
Step 4:
On Lemonade Day - June 14, 2025, you child and all the other participating kids across Northern Alberta will set up Lemonade Stands and run theirbusinesses for the day!
Lemonade Day kids keep all the profit they make, but the program encourages them to practice the important Lemonade Day lessons of spend some, save some and share some.
When kids participate in Lemonade Day they also have the chance to WIN PRIZES! Judges will visit each stand and kids will have the chance to win $100 for Area Best Entrepreneur, Area Best Tasting Lemonade, Area Best Lemonade Stand and Regional Entrepreneur of the Year.

Submit your child's Business Results on the Lemonade Day Northern Alberta website or through the app and get entered to WIN a NEW BIKE!
